This website is meant to be a platform for medical students around the globe to show to the world their work and commitment to fight AIDS.

Members of the International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) and in particular members of SCORA (Standing Committee on Reproductive Health including AIDS) are glad to share with you pictures, projects and events taking place in their communities during the World AIDS Day celebration for the year 2008.

This year, members of IFMSA remain committed to: "Stop AIDS, Keep the Promise" and are supporting the "Leadership" message chosen by UNAIDS and reinforced by World AIDS Campaign.

Future physicians are taking the lead in their communities and their countries following the IFMSA motto: "Think globally, act locally"

The IFMSA is an independent, non-governmental and non-political federation consisting of 102 national member organizations in 98 countries representing more than one million medical students worldwide.
